Behind every bike is just a person trying to get from A to B.
Room to Ride is Bike Worcester's new film about the potential for cycling in our city. Made possible by the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner, it celebrates the everyday joy of riding - the school runs, the morning commutes, the children discovering their streets on two wheels.
A Bike Bus story
At its heart, Room to Ride is about how a small group of children cycling to school grew into something that's changed the fabric of Worcester.
Through their eyes - and the volunteers, parents, and drivers who share the road with them - the film invites everyone to imagine what's possible when we make room for each other.
The campaign
Room to Ride is more than a film. It's a public awareness campaign designed to encourage more consideration on our roads.
Children from across Worcester designed car stickers carrying a simple promise: to give bikes room. Drivers who display them are making a visible commitment to share the road. You'll spot them on cars around the city - each one unique, each one featuring designs by a child who cycles.
